Commission Refund Policy
If a half-deposit has been paid, but I have not started the commission - a refund is possible.
After the sketching phase has started, the half-deposit is non-refundable, but you do not have to continue with the commission and pay the fully quoted amount.
Once the commission is complete and full payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable.

 

Damaged upon arrival
If your item is damaged in transit, please take photo evidence of the shipping package as well as the damage to the item itself and contact me through here contact@enidofgrim.com.au. I will do my best and work with the couriers to see the situation remedied and product replaced if needed.

Please note: You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products cannot be returned if they have been used or augmented in any way. For instance, a used sticker, a cropped art print etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
I will notify you once all photos and proof of purchase is reviewed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded/partially refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
